I build products from 0 to 1, turning ambiguous problems into production systems that customers actually use. I work across product, engineering, and operations — partnering with founders and users to understand workflows, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and ship solutions that create measurable business impact.
My strength isn't coding — it's judgment. Understanding what to build, why it matters to the business, and how to get there pragmatically. Previously at HSBC, Aivo, and Ford Argentina, delivering systems used by large organizations across Latin America.

LATAM founders struggle to form US companies — the process is opaque, manual, and scattered across providers.
Built a platform that makes company formation visible, stateful, and operable. Owned both product and engineering end-to-end.

Clients had unclear processes and broad AI expectations. The hard part wasn't the model — it was understanding what actually needed building.
Translated messy operations into scoped tools — dashboards, automation, internal systems that teams could keep using.

Embedded hardware
Physical crypto dashboard — from concept to working device.
Needed a dedicated device for live market data — always on, no browser, no distractions, on a constrained microcontroller.
Built the full firmware: rendering, WiFi provisioning, touch gestures, audio alerts — a physical product surface for live data.
iGaming product
On-chain gaming platform — built from idea to MVP with the founder.
A founder had an idea for an iGaming platform but needed someone to build the entire product — games, wallets, top-up flows, and fair gameplay.
Owned everything end-to-end: smart contracts (coinflip, giveaways, snowball), Telegram bot with integrated wallets and tipping, oracle for provably fair gameplay, and landing page with game verifier.
